  2. Choose your preferred evaluation model and account size.
  3. Enter your ProfitAlgo 20% Discount Code if your are a Lifetime Member or ProfitAlgo.io
  4. Choose which rewards schedule fits your needs, from daily to monthly.
  5. Proceed to the “Checkout” page.
  6. Select “Direct Payment” or “PFP Credits” (To purchase via "Crypto" option simply purchase PFP credits).
  7. Follow the prompts to enter your card information and finalize the payment.

IMPORTANT:

To complete your purchase, ensure you use a card registered in your own name. Using someone else’s card is strictly prohibited.

Wire/Bank Transfer

How to Use Bank Transfer for Payment:

  1. Log in to your PropFirmPro account (or sign up here).
  2. Choose your preferred account size and evaluation model.
  3. Confirm your trading platform selection.
  4. Proceed to the "Checkout" page.
  5. After clicking "Purchase Now," select the Bank Transfer option in the Stripe checkout window.
  6. Choose your bank from the list provided (Chase, Bank of America, CapitalOne, Navy Federal, and more).
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer. Be sure to include any reference information to ensure your payment is processed correctly.

IMPORTANT:
You will also receive $5 back when you pay via bank transfer.

How long will it take for my wire/bank transfer to go through?

The processing time for a wire or bank transfer depends on your bank. It can range from instant to up to 3 business days. Please ensure all reference information is correct to avoid delays.

Cryptocurrency Payment (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC)

Cryptocurrency payments allow you to purchase PFP credits which can be used to purchase challenges quickly using digital currencies via blockchain technology. To ensure a successful transaction, it's important to select the correct network for the cryptocurrency you're using. For example, when sending USDT TRC20, ensure you select the Tron (TRC20) network in your wallet.

How to Make a Cryptocurrency Payment on the Checkout Page:

  1. Log in to your PropFirmPro account (or sign up using this link).
  2. Click "Purchase Credits"
  3. Follow Step 1 and choose "Stable Coins" or "Coins" as your payment method
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment with the selected cryptocurrency.
  5. Proceed to the "Purchase Credits" page.
  6. Purchase the amount of PFP credits needed to purchase a the desired challenge.
  7. Once completed you can then go to "Start New Challenge" and purchase any preferred account size and evaluation model.

IMPORTANT:If you choose an incorrect network for your cryptocurrency payment, we cannot be held responsible for any potential loss of funds. Please ensure the selected network matches the cryptocurrency you are using before proceeding.

How long will it take for a cryptocurrency payment to go through?

Cryptocurrency transactions are typically processed quickly, making them one of the fastest ways to complete your payment and receive your account setup. However, if the processing time exceeds the expected timeframe, we kindly ask for your patience. For real-time updates, you can check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

How do I download my receipt?

After completing a purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours if paid with cryptocurrency, or immediately if paid with Stripe. This email contains a payment confirmation and your receipt.

Here’s how:

  1. Check the email (including your spam or junk folder) used during the purchase.
  2. Look for an email with a subject line related to your purchase confirmation.
  3. Open the email to view your purchase details.
  4. Save the receipt to your preferred location or print a physical copy for your records. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

When will I receive my registration fee cashback?

After successfully completing all required evaluation phases and earning four rewards in your PropFirmPro Master Account, you will be eligible to receive a registration fee cashback. This cashback reward will be processed automatically along with your 3rd reward payment without breaking any rules.

IMPORTANT: Instant Funded Pro and Pro Limited accounts do not have rewards or cashback guarantees.
