Customer Agreement & Onboarding

After your KYC verification is completed, you'll receive your customer agreement to review and sign. This agreement is a key step in your onboarding process and needed in order for you to start trading and requesting rewards.

How to Complete:

  1. Carefully review the agreement to ensure all details are correct and you understand the terms.
  2. Electronically sign the agreement to finalize the process.
  3. Once signed, your Master account will be activated, and you can begin trading.

Incorrect Name on Agreement:
If you find an error with your name, contact our support team through the chat widget, submit a ticket, and provide your correct name. We’ll send you an updated agreement for review and signature.
