How to Request a Reward at PropFirmPro

Setting Your Reward Cycle
Configuring your reward cycle is a crucial step to activate trading after completing the onboarding process. You can easily select your preferred reward cycle during the account setup. At PropFirmPro, we empower you with flexible options—there are no rigid limits, and you get to choose what works best for you.

Once you've selected your cycle, you're all set to begin your trading journey with confidence and control.

Reward Processing Time
Typically, reward requests are processed within 1-5 working days. However, for VIP PropFirm Pro Traders, the processing time is expedited, with rewards often being processed within hours. Below is a sample of how the process usually works:

Example Timeline:

• Day 1: May 10-13 (Weekend - No processing)
• Day 2: May 14-15
• Day 3: May 16-17
  Your reward is expected to be processed by the end of May 17, 2025. Note that it may take an additional 1-5 working days for the reward to appear in your wallet. If it exceeds this timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Important:
Once a reward request is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified. Trading will be temporarily suspended while the reward is being processed, but will resume once it’s complete.

Reward Amount
The minimum reward amount is 2% of the initial balance for 1 Phase accounts, except for Instant Funded Accounts, which require a minimum of 3%. This includes our reward split. Meaning after your reward fee there needs to be 2% buffer on your account left over on all accounts and a 3% buffer on Instant Funded Accounts.
There is no maximum reward limit—you can withdraw as much profit as you’ve earned, subject to the reward split of your chosen model.

Reward Methods
You can request your rewards via your PropFirmPro dashboard, and we offer the option for cryptocurrency withdrawals, ensuring you have flexibility. Please note that cryptocurrency rewards are subject to service fees, exchange rates (USD to USDT), and transaction fees.
