KYC Verification: Securing Your Path to Pro Status

Once your evaluation is approved by our team, it's time to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This ensures the security and compliance of your account, keeping everything in line with industry standards. You’ll receive a notification on your dashboard prompting you to finalize the verification.

Master Account KYC: Unlock Full Access

After your Master Account evaluation is successfully approved, completing the KYC verification process is the final step. This mandatory process is required to unlock full access to your account and all the tools available for professional traders at PropFirm Pro.

Steps to Complete KYC for Your Master Account:

  1. Log in to Your PropFirm Pro Account
    Access your account by logging into your dashboard.
  2. Go to Your Dashboard
    From your dashboard, navigate to the settings.
  3. Select 'Verify'
    Choose the 'Verify' option in your settings to begin the KYC process.

The entire KYC verification is quick and usually takes just a few minutes. During the process, you will need to submit the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity
Submit one of the following documents as proof of your identity:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Driver's License
  • Permanent Residence Permit
  • Passport

2. A Selfie
Your selfie must be clear and match the Proof of Identity document you’ve submitted.

3. Proof of Address
You need to provide one of the following to verify your address:

  • Utility Bill (e.g., Landline Telephone Bill, Gas Bill, Electricity Bill)
  • Bank Account Statement
  • Proof of Residence from a Notary Public or Government Authority
  • Identity Card or document with your address issued by the Central or State Government

IMPORTANT:

We allow only one verified account per trader. After your KYC is approved for your first account, you will not be able to create or use any other accounts under the same identity.

Once you meet the targets in any evaluation model, your account will proceed to the KYC process for verification

KYC Challenges & Solutions

My KYC Was Declined Due to Unsupported Documents
If your KYC verification was declined due to unsupported documents, it means the documents you submitted didn’t meet the required criteria. This can happen if the document type is not accepted, the image is unclear, or it doesn't meet the proper format.

How to Resolve This:

  1. Check Accepted Documents
    Ensure the documents you submit are listed as acceptable by PropFirm Pro.
  2. Ensure Clarity and Quality
    Make sure your images or scans are clear, legible, and not cropped or blurry. Documents must be valid and not expired.
  3. Replace Unsupported Documents
    If the document you submitted is unsupported, replace it with an accepted form of identification or proof of address.

Once you’ve made the necessary updates, submit your documents again for review.

My KYC Was Declined Due to Duplicate Accounts
We only allow one verified account per individual. If you have more than one email registered with PropFirm Pro, please use the account that has already been verified.

KYC declines can occur due to duplicate accounts, which happens when our system detects multiple accounts created with the same personal information.

I Need More Attempts to Verify KYC
If you’ve already attempted to verify your KYC multiple times without success, the system may limit further attempts to prevent errors or fraudulent activity.

To request additional verification attempts, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure all documents submitted are correct, clear, and meet the requirements.
  2. Wait for a reset period before trying again, as the system refreshes after a certain time.
